Fine, but why tell a receptionist you’ve had a fab stay and then grouse on TripAd? So bloody English, and I do mean English, not British.
Why do guests (even those who profess to like the C&C) post adverse comments on TripAdvisor rather than tell us at the time? So baffling.
I hate Barclaycard! Closed a/c in Jan cos of horrible service but just rec’d a May bill for a March transaction that’s not mine. Grrrrhhhh.
