You really are one of my favourite TV personalities and I love your programs. Your forthright manner and honesty are really refreshing in this age of pretentiousness. I was highly amused at your comment here of carrying some extra weight and that you were not prepared for this. Likewise, I am 60 and it is a battle royal to win the battle of which I am losing right now, the battle not the bulge. Here’s hoping you may have a reason to visit New Zealand sometime and that we will continue to see more of your TV programs. They are not only very informative but very entertaining especially if like me you have visited the UK and have visited some of these historic houses and enjoy the history that goes with them.
