For fairly obvious reasons, most of my public speaking has been for tourist boards and hotel associations. I am quite happy to talk about food, hotels, restaurants and ancillary subjects. I'd also love to be asked to natter on about cars, gardening, pop music or make-up, should anyone want me too. The term Jill-of-all-Trades could have been coined for me. |
