My first cookery book, The Really Helpful Cookbook, was published by Ebury in 2002. It is no longer in print. This is a shame because despite the inapposite title (which suggests it's encyclopaedic, rather than that it's easy to use, which was what was intended) it's got some jolly good recipes in it. I have already updated it and am considering publishing it online. Time is the problem.
